Liz Pearson

Liz is a warm guide with over 30 years of experience as a Health Coach, Physiotherapist, and mind-body educator. She's also a registered  trauma-informed Yoga Therapist and Pilates instructor—blending science and soul in everything she does.

Having lived with a neurological condition since 2016, Liz brings deep empathy and real-world tools to her work.

Whether she’s leading a class or sharing gentle coaching, she invites women to show up exactly as they are, slow down, and reconnect with their own rhythm.

Liz is all about creating calm, grounded spaces where healing feels possible—and even beautiful.

Maryann Dooner

 Maryann is a Qualified Beauty therapist with 38+ years of experience in Beauty therapy which has given her a list of qualifications and life experiences- not only in Beauty Therapy but also in business. She prides herself in natural skin and body care, knowing what you put onto your skin really does matter. She also adores cooking,  as she knows that food is our fuel! 

For as long as she can remember she has got so much pleasure out of helping others which she still adores to this day. She always delivers abundantly and is very keen to help you achieve your goals.

This offering grew from a friendship rooted in care. We’ve been each other’s clients for decades—swapping treatments, stories, and support. Over the years, a shared respect and deep joy in nurturing women—gently and honestly—turned into something more.
